REMEDIAL COURSE
PROGRAM DETAILS
Three Consecutive Failures:
If you've failed the NCLEX three times in a row, you'll need a letter to start our remedial course. Email [email protected] to obtain the required letter, as notified by the Licensure Unit.
Inactive License for Five Years:
If you don't have an active license and haven't practiced in the last five years but are applying for licensure by endorsement based on a previous SBTPE or NCLEX pass, you'll need an authorization letter for the clinical component. No letter is needed to begin the theory part. When transitioning to the clinical phase, request approval with details such as the remedial program's name, profession type, completed theoretical hours, clinical site information, and anticipated completion date.
NCLEX Passed Over Five Years Ago:
If you passed the NCLEX more than five years ago and haven't been issued a license, completing our approved remedial course is necessary for licensure issuance (Rule 64B9-3.014, FAC, effective April 10, 2022).
